HEAD LETTUCE (FALL VEGGIES)

Growing head lettuce is probably easier than you thought!  Let us (lettuce) help you get started planting your lettuce so you can have the Fall veggie harvest you always wanted!

Can it be grown in containers?

Yes, by now I think you are probably catching on that it is very possible to grow veggies in containers.  Just make sure to have enough room to space the seedlings out.  In the case of head lettuce, that would be about 10-12 inches apart.

How long does it take to grow?

Head lettuce matures in about 55 days, though some varieties may take up to 90.

How much sun does it need?

Head lettuce, like most Fall veggies, love FULL sun!
