Seasonal Greenhouse Team Member

Our wholesale greenhouses on Creighton Road in Mechanicsville, VA is hiring seasonal team members for the months of August through December.

This opportunity is great for those individuals seeking experience in plant maintenance, greenhouse operations, and horticulture best practices. No prior greenhouse experience required.

Scheduling: 3-4 days a week (must include 1 weekend day) flexible shift start or end times. APPLICANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK AUG – DEC

Starting Pay rate offered : minimum wage – opportunity to join our team part time or full time in January 2026

Skills/Characteristics: Go-getter, physically fit, eager to learn, and positive mentality (oh and loves plants too!)

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities include:

• Watering plants
• Pulling plants to fulfill orders
• Loading trucks
• Potting and planting assorted seasonal annuals
• General greenhouse tasks
