The Strange’s Mechanicsville store is seeking 2 highly motivated individuals looking to expand their leadership and operations management skills. These two individuals will go through a 6-month program with executive leadership to develop skills in purchasing, sales strategies, customer service, cost controls, budgeting, project management, and team development. This program aims to place individuals in key leadership positions.
