every aspect of selection, purchasing, and ordering of goods through both in and out of store
purchases/transactions.
The essential candidate has cash handling experience, demonstrates superior customer service
skills, and is a team player.
Job Responsibilities
Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor
Greets and assists customers with their floral selections and shopping experience
Assists in the preparation of sales displays
Answers phones and completes POS transactions
Takes customer orders both over the phone and in store
Presents the customer with product information
Wraps bouquets and gift baskets
Stocks shelves and prices product
Performs other related duties as assigned by management

location. Delivery Drivers are responsible for the prompt delivery of all assigned goods/orders while
maintaining a positive and professional demeanor that supports company morale. Applicants must have
a valid driver’s license.
The essential candidate has delivery driver experience, is deadline oriented, and demonstrates excellent
customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities
Maintains cleanliness of delivery vehicles
Completes daily tasks assigned by management
Communicates with the Delivery Supervisor on the status of all deliveries
Completes routes and deliveries promptly
Loads and unloads delivery vehicles in a timely manner
Updates the system according to delivery completion
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Checks delivery vehicle daily to ensure safe transportation
